You will own the full sales cycle from inquiry to deposit, coordinating with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director to align lead generation and on-site strategies.

You will conduct discovery calls, tours, and follow-ups, maintain disciplined CRM records, and build a consultative, relationship-based sales approach that reflects the community's values.

• Conduct discovery calls, tours, and follow-ups to advance prospects.
• Maintain a structured follow-up cadence in the CRM for all active leads.
• Manage and prioritize a lead pipeline with strategic closing techniques.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales & Marketing Director on lead volume, quality, and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on objections, market trends, and competitive pressures.
