Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility while preserving dignity and independence in a caring, team-focused environment. Join a community offering independent living, assisted living or memory care.

CNA certification is a plus but not required; strong English communication is essential for interacting with residents and families.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and other team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Aid with housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining: escorting to dining room, serving and cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.
