Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors and a patient approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Previous caregiving, senior living, or healthcare experience required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25–50 lbs as needed for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report observations to leadership.
• Encourage resident engagement in activities, programs, and social events.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident apartments and common areas.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with new resident orientation and welcome them to the community.
