Job summary

Beatitudes Campus is seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians to join the projects team under the Director of Facilities. You will perform general repairs, respond to residents and staff needs, and support safety training.

You will work with managers to ensure campus maintenance, security, comfort and safety; handle work orders, order materials, and maintain compliance with safety policies. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle 24/7 call backs.

Qualifications

• One year of building maintenance or a trade school program.
• Proficient with standard hand tools used in building maintenance.
• Carpentry, drywall and painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls promptly and safely.
• Work with facilities team to meet campus maintenance needs.
• Review work requests and determine priority and scope.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Report hazards and incidents to the Director of Facilities.
