Qualifications

• One year of building maintenance experience or completion of a trade school program.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools used in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls quickly while ensuring safety.
• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and staff to meet maintenance, safety and comfort needs.
• Respond to work requests and assess quality and efficiency of work performed.
• Review performance and training needs with supervisors to improve service and facilities.
