Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Chauffeur/Bus Driver in Indiana to transport residents safely between the community and various destinations. The role requires strong driving history, ability to operate large passenger vehicles, and basic on-road maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months of related experience.
• 5+ years of driving experience with knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance.
• Ability to operate 7–16 passenger buses and associated equipment; limousine or car operation may apply.
• Experience with vehicle emergency repairs and basic on-road maintenance.
• Knowledge of streets within an 8-mile radius of the community and MVR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicle to scheduled destinations and assist residents safely.
• Secure wheelchairs and ensure passenger safety during trips.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain trip and maintenance records and monitor daily/weekly inspections.
• Deliver groceries and belongings to residents' apartments and support Resident Experience activities.
• Submit travel charges to the business office and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Remain alert to potentially unsafe conditions and follow emergency procedures.
