American Senior Communities is hiring a Business Office Manager in Indiana. You will supervise billing transmissions for Medicare/Medicaid, insurance, VA, and private statements while liaising with families.

The role supports onboarding new teammates and ensures accurate, compassionate patient financial services. The position requires 1–3 years in a nursing home or business office setting, with a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare systems.

Qualifications

• One to three years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems.
• Experience in LTC billing including Managed Medicare, traditional Medicare and Medicaid applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees transmissions of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA Billings, and private statements.
• Acts as liaison between family members and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
• Onboards new teammates and supports a collaborative team environment.
• Provides care and compassion to patients and supports billing accuracy.
