Qualifications

• Nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare systems.
• Experience in LTC billing including Managed Medicare and traditional Medicare.
• Ability to multitask and handle diverse tasks.
• Customer service oriented and aligned with core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversees transmissions of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA billings and private statements.
• Acts as liaison between families and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
• Onboards new teammates and supports staff within the business office.
