Avamere at The Stafford in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a friendly Bartender to mix beverages, host social events, and provide exceptional service to residents and guests in a community setting. This part-time role requires 21+ with prior bartending or restaurant experience and a commitment to safe, empathetic service.

You will manage bar operations, assist with events, and ensure memory care residents receive attentive, personalized care while maintaining compliance with state guidelines.

Formación

• Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
• Prior bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent patience and empathy with seniors.
• Food safety certification required.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsabilidades

• Mix and serve beverages following recipes and state rules.
• Accommodate residents' dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Prepare and serve light pub fare and garnishes.
• Verify age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Greet residents and provide warm, dignified experience.
• Support Life Enrichment activities by coordinating events.
• Manage bar setup, glassware, and cleanliness.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per policy.
