Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience or professional bartender training.
• High school education preferred; management experience a plus.
• Valid food handler card and knowledge of standard drink recipes required.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish and serve drinks per standard recipes.
• Assist guests with menu items and take orders.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar and assist in pub operations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system.
• Adhere to alcohol-service laws and company standards.
