National Church Residences is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and turnover of vacant apartment units at Willowbrook Crossing, a 50-unit senior community in Rock Hill, SC. This part-time role (25 hours/week) includes a 24/7 on-call rotation with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires inspecting, repairing, painting, and preparing units for occupancy.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of apartment, residential, or facility maintenance experience.
• Experience completing apartment turns is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall and general repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect vacant apartments to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Complete apartment turns within established timelines.
• Perform patching, painting, caulking, drywall repairs, and touch-ups.
• Replace or repair damaged fixtures, hardware, doors, cabinets, and appliances.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Check and repair toilets, sinks, outlets, lighting, and other systems.
• Replace filters, smoke detector batteries, and other routine items.
• Ensure apartments are clean, safe, and move-in ready.
