As a 1099 contractor, you will guide families through senior living options, build local partnerships, and engage in occasional Chicagoland networking. A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Background in nursing, social work, senior care, or case management is highly preferred.

• Family Guidance: Work directly with families in need of senior living solutions, supporting and guiding them through the decision-making process with clarity and compassion.
• Community Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local senior living communities, rehabs, hospitals etc. to facilitate thoughtful, effective placements.
• Local Networking: Attend occasional in-person meetings, tours, or networking events across the Chicagoland area.
