Job summary

Oasis Senior Advisors, a part of SilverAssist, is seeking a full-time Senior Living Advisor to serve the Boise, Idaho metropolitan area. You will develop referral sources, manage consultations, and coordinate tours with families.

The role blends in-person community engagement with remote work, offering a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 plus a generous bonus program and benefits, with total earnings exceeding $100k in many cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living/senior healthcare
• Well-connected in senior care industry
• Extensive experience with seniors
• Willingness to travel and work in Boise market

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral sources with hospitals, SNFs, providers
• Conduct extensive in-person and phone consultations with seniors and families
• Coordinate and attend in-person tours with clients and families
• Manage referrals/pipeline using CRM and follow-up
• Promote Oasis Senior Advisors and SilverAssist brands at local events
