Job summary

Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking a full-time Senior Living Advisor to serve older adults and families across the Boise, Idaho metropolitan area. You will develop referrals, meet in person with clients, and coordinate tours while leveraging our Oasis IQ software.

This role emphasizes community engagement and proactive problem solving in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate has senior living experience, strong local connections, and a proven track record in outside sales and business development.

Qualifications

• Have senior living/senior healthcare experience.
• Well-connected in the senior care and senior living industry.
• Significant experience working with seniors.
• Outside Sales and Business Development Experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral sources including Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, primary care providers, chamber of commerce, senior centers, financial advisors, elder law/estate planners, etc.
• Coordinate and attend in-person assisted living tours with seniors and their families.
• Extensive consults in person and via phone with seniors and their families.
• Manage referrals/pipeline using the Oasis IQ software and CRM.
• Promote Oasis Senior Advisors and SilverAssist brands at local events.
