Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated Admissions/Resident Liaison to listen to prospective residents’ needs and clearly explain available services and lifestyle options. You will guide families through the decision-making process with compassion and integrity, building trust with prospects and referral partners.

In this role you will coordinate community visits, maintain timely follow-up, and collaborate with care teams to support occupancy goals and a welcoming environment for new residents.
