You will lead staff across departments, manage budgets, implement policies, and maintain resident safety and satisfaction while building positive relationships with residents, families, regulators, and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, directs, coordinates, and supervises all activities of the Community.
• Establishes and maintains personnel policies and department policies and procedures; and assures that the staff carry out policies/procedures.
• Reviews policies and procedures for compliance with standards and updates as needed.
• Represents the COMMUNITY in dealings with agencies, residents, families, and staff.
• Attends workshops/seminars to maintain licensure and knowledge.
