Job summary

Liberty Health in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join The Commons at Brightmore. The caregiver will assist residents with daily activities and personal care, while maintaining accurate care records and supporting nursing staff.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be a DFS-registered CNA, and demonstrate genuine concern for geriatric welfare. Attendance at in-service trainings and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
