Senior Lifestyle is seeking staff for Senior Suites of Chatham in Illinois to support day-to-day operations and resident services. You will handle phones, basic administrative duties, and assist with leasing while maintaining accurate resident files.

No prior experience is required; a valid driver’s license is needed. You will communicate professionally with residents and coworkers, and be flexible to assist in various tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience not required, hospitality or administrative background a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Professional communication and active listening with residents and coworkers.
• Flexible and eager to help out wherever needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone calls and respond to requests within knowledge and ability.
• Handle administrative tasks, including inputting information into the computer.
• Assist in leasing apartments.
• Maintain resident files with accurate verification of information.
• Serve as substitute van driver when necessary.
• Assist in collecting, recording, and depositing rent payments and other fees.
