Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative functions including reception and clerical support.
• Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff.
• Improve office procedures and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling, records, and correspondence.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and related purchasing needs.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and projects.
• Support the Executive Director and department leaders on initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality standards.
• Handle escalated questions from residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with reports, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Oversee security and transportation functions when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
