Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation therapy, gerontology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in senior living, activity programming, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily activities and programs designed to stimulate residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care team members to create personalized activity plans.
• Plan and execute social events, outings, and entertainment programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement.
