You will collaborate with residents, families, and care staff to tailor programs, plan events, and maintain records, ensuring engaging, person-centered care within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation therapy, gerontology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in senior living, activity programming, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.

Our assisted living community offers private apartment homes, where residents can furnish and decorate to their liking, allowing them to maintain their independence and individuality.
