Zusammenfassung

Bridgeway Park Canton Senior Living Facility is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan purposeful and engaging activities for residents, promoting independence and enjoyment. You will lead programs such as chair yoga, crafts, dances, and outings, document resident progress weekly, and collaborate with the care team to support mobility and well-being.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, some weekend shifts, and a team-oriented, flexible approach to care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physical rehab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Every other weekend is required.
• Flexible, creative, patient.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activity programs.
• Encourage and motivate residents through engaging activities (e.g., chair yoga, dance circle, seasonal crafts, pet visits, outings).
• Emphasize independence and maximize residents' functioning.
• Complete weekly documentation of resident progress to supervisor.
