Job summary

Bridgeway Park Lansing Senior Living Facility is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan meaningful and engaging activities for our residents.

You will help develop, implement, and assess programs such as chair yoga, dancing, crafts, visits, and outings, aiming to support residents' independence and well-being.

Ideal candidates bring basic computer skills, a positive team attitude, and flexibility to work every other weekend. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Flexibility, creativity and patience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate activity programs for residents.
• Lead activities like chair yoga, dance circle, crafts, visits and outings.
• Encourage independence and support residents’ highest functioning.
• Complete weekly documentation on resident progress and participation.
