Job summary

Country Time Inn is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and implement a vibrant activities calendar that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to create person-centered experiences, including memory care programming and intergenerational events, while maintaining documentation and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in recreation, gerontology, social work, or related field preferred.
• ADC/CTRS certification is a plus; must obtain within 9 months.
• 1–2 years of activity planning in senior living, healthcare, or recreational settings.
• Experience with dementia or cognitive impairments preferred.
• Strong creativity, organizational, and event-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a dynamic calendar of activities and events tailored to residents’ diverse interests and needs.
• Engage residents and families; foster inclusive, meaningful participation.
• Develop memory care programming focusing on cognitive stimulation and sensory engagement.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Plan special events and intergenerational activities; manage calendars and evaluations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with care teams to integrate activities into the community culture.
