Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating activities for seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute a diverse calendar of activities for residents.
• Engage residents and families, ensuring programs are meaningful and inclusive.
• Design memory care activities focusing on cognitive stimulation.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and community partners.
• Plan events and celebrations; coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain records of participation and evaluations; ensure regulatory compliance.
