Job summary

Spring Arbor of Cary is actively seeking a Full-Time Lifestyle Assistant to support a vibrant daily activities program for our residents. The role focuses on socialization, physical activity, personal growth, and assisting the Lifestyle Director in delivering a robust community calendar and engaging events.

Qualified candidates will be 18+ with a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and the energy to drive programs seven days a week. CDL is a perk; background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and families.
• Must pass criminal background screening.
• Driving is an essential function; valid license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lifestyle Director in coordinating daily activities seven days a week for residents.
• Prepare and post monthly Lifestyle calendar for all residents.
• Facilitate resident meetings and participate in lifestyle programs.
• Coordinate with groups and volunteers for activities within the community.
• Schedule transportation for residents and drive company vehicles as needed.
• Assess residents' social and lifestyle preferences.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.
