Spring Arbor of Athens is seeking a Part-Time Lifestyle Assistant to help plan and lead activities for residents, ensuring engagement and smiles daily. You will support a full social and activity program, encourage socialization, and assist with transportation as part of a close-knit team.

The role emphasizes high energy, a cheerful attitude, and a genuine care for seniors, with the opportunity for meaningful, flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 to drive company bus).
• Valid driver's license for the state of operation.
• High energy, enthusiasm, planning and rapport-building skills.
• Clear background check as required by the company policy.
• Driving may be an essential function and driving eligibility must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Assist Lifestyle Director in conducting and coordinating activities daily.
• Prepare and post monthly Lifestyle calendar for residents.
• Support resident council meetings and other gatherings.
• Coordinate with groups and volunteers for activities.
• Schedule transportation for residents and drive as needed.
• Assess resident social preferences and expand lifestyle programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lifestyle Director.
