Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months experience leading activities or related internship.
• English communication skills required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and one-on-one programs matched to residents' interests and abilities.
• Plan new program ideas, events, and outings.
• Escort residents to and from programs, including those using wheelchairs or walkers.
• Record attendance and notes; share concerns with Lifestyle Program Director.
• Prepare supplies and projects such as sensory boxes and seasonal decorations.
