Job summary

Heritage Monona in Monona, WI seeks an Activity Assistant to plan, organize, and lead group activities and outings that enrich residents' daily lives. • Experience in elder care or activities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work with residents in a supportive role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead group activities and outings with residents.
• Attend in-service training and continuing education workshops.
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff.
