Ivy Park at Tustin, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community in California offering five-star services and amenities. The Activity Assistant helps organize activities to improve residents’ independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include coordinating volunteers, promoting resident participation, and maintaining safety while driving community vehicles. This part-time role supports a caring, team-oriented environment for seniors across the California

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C license; Class B or Class C with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB tests).
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in providing a creative and rewarding social atmosphere across the Community and promote resident participation through activities, excursions, events, speakers, movies, exercise sessions, clubs, games, art, and educational classes.
