Complete Care at Bey Lea Assisted Living is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to bring joy and companionship to residents. You will help plan and lead recreational activities, encourage participation, and support the care team in daily programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as an Activity Aide or in long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service is preferred, but training is available.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and leading daily recreational and social programs.
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities.
• Monitor engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team as needed.
• Maintain attendance and activity documentation.
• Help decorate the facility for holidays and events.
• Prepare activity materials and keep spaces organized and inviting.
• Support community events and special programs to enhance resident experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
