American Senior Communities seeks an energetic Activity Assistant/Bus Driver for Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living in Brownsburg, IN. This full-time role (32 hours/week) focuses on enriching residents' lives through engaging activities and reliable transport to appointments and events.

You will collaborate with the care team to tailor activities for varying abilities, ensuring safety during transfers, and contributing to a supportive, see-and-heard environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Operator's license in good standing.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities that are engaging and appropriate for residents' abilities.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and activities.
• Collaborate with care team to support residents holistically.
• Maintain safety and comfort during transfers and outings.
