Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL license required for communities that have a bus that carries 15 or more passengers.
• Good standing and current Operator's License.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Ensure safety and security during travel for residents.
• Provide a comforting, calm and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality care for residents.
