Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA is seeking an Activity Aide to brighten residents' days. You will assist in planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities, with shifts 9am-5pm or 12:30pm-8:30pm, and you will help residents stay engaged and connect with peers.

The role supports a compassionate care team; HS diploma required, weekend and some holiday availability. Join us to foster a welcoming, resident-centered environment at Sunnyview.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Availability to work some holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities, promoting independence and community
• Assist with supervising and conducting activities, including physical exercises, crafts, and games
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activity participation and resident progress
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
