Qualifications

• Minimum of one year previous leadership/management experience preferred.
• CNA certification or related healthcare program preferred.
• BLS certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements resident activities and events.
• Manages activity staff schedules and coordinates volunteers.
• Works with resident care plans around activities and conducts activity assessments.
• Inputs information to leadership and communicates department activities clearly.
• Maintains the monthly activity calendar and engages residents in planning.
