Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Three years experience working with the disabled/elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement wellness programs for residents.
• Participate in resident assessment and goal development.
• Ensure residents can participate in scheduled activities.
