Job summary

Qualifications

• NCAP certification preferred or at least 1 year of experience with older adults.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead engaging group programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Enrichment team with planning, scheduling, and coordinating resident activities.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and employees.
• Provide educational opportunities on disease prevention for residents and staff.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
• Plan diverse programs for residents with varying needs.
