Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care preferred but training provided.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute a diverse range of resident activities.
• Engage residents in arts, crafts, games, music and more.
• Coordinate monthly activities calendar with the Activities Director.
• Provide one-on-one support for residents needing assistance.
• Foster community and social interaction among residents.
• Document participation and keep records of activities.
