Greenbrier Senior Living in Brentwood, Tennessee, seeks a Lifestyles Coordinator for The Rivers at Maryland Farms to plan, coordinate, and evaluate engaging activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will develop programs promoting independence, socialization, and well-being, including evenings and weekends when needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in senior living or related fields, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in senior living, activities programming, recreation, hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred.
• Experience with older adults, including dementia, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Develop programs promoting independence, socialization, activity, and well-being.
• Coordinate activities including evenings and weekends while complying with state regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
