Job summary

Grand Living seeks an Activities Assistant (FACETS® Assistant) to enhance the resident experience by delivering a rich program of life-enriching activities focused on well-being. You will model courteous and professional service consistent with Grand Living’s standards in all resident interactions.

This part-time role emphasizes coordination of theater, art, music, fitness, and education activities, requiring light lifting and sustained activity with residents in a luxury senior-living setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years’ experience in planning, coordinating, or leading activities.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Experience with FACETS program or life-enrichment activities preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement FACETS program to enhance resident experience.
• Model friendly, professional interactions in all engagements.
• Coordinate a variety of activities including theater, art, music, fitness, education and events.
• Collaborate with the Director of FACETS® and the team to deliver First Class Happiness®.
