Qualifications

• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities with the residents.
• Plan and promote recreation-based activities that stimulate mind and body and promote social interaction.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation services.
• Document resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs.
• Write progress notes.
• Attend care plan meetings as appropriate.
