Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman seeks an Activities & Transportation Assistant to help residents enjoy life through outings, events, and social activities. You’ll drive safely, assist with mobility, and support the Life Enrichment team to create a warm, engaging day for each resident.

You’ll work as part of a caring team, with opportunities to lead simple programs, build relationships with residents and their families, and help make every day brighter for those we serve.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
• Enjoys getting out into the community and staying active.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community activities.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and with walkers or wheelchairs.
• Plan, prepare, and lead activities, games, outings and events.
• Encourage participation and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Contribute to a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere daily.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and complete transportation documentation.
• Support Life Enrichment team when transportation isn’t needed.

Do you love driving, getting out into the community, planning fun activities, and spending time with older adults? We are looking for a friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant to join our team at Bozeman Lodge. This is more than a driving job! You’ll help our residents enjoy their day — whether that means taking them to an appointment, heading out for lunch or shopping, joining an outing, playing a game, helping with an activity, or simply spending time visiting with them.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed.
• Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events.
• Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
• Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
• Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys spending time with older adults.
• Is friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat.
• Must be 21 years or age, have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Is comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
• Enjoys getting out into the community and being active.
• Can work independently while also being a team player.
• Doesn't mind that every day can be a little different!
