Job summary

Bozeman Lodge is seeking an Activities & Transportation Assistant to help residents enjoy daily life in the Bozeman community. You will drive safely to appointments and outings, lead small activities, and support the Life Enrichment team.

No senior living experience needed; be friendly, dependable and able to work independently or with a team. This role offers diverse days, opportunities to build relationships, and a benefits package including PTO, 401(k) and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a safe driving record and valid driver's license.
• Enjoys working with older adults.
• Friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat.
• Comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior senior living experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed.
• Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events.
• Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
• Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
• Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter.
