Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time schedule Monday through Friday, 11am–4pm, to create engaging, resident-centered programs. You will document participation, arrange activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support social, emotional, and physical well‑being.

A high school diploma is required and one year of experience in an activities department or related healthcare setting is preferred;

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of experience in an Activities Department, healthcare setting, skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, assisted living community, or related environment preferred.

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document resident participation and engagement.
• Promote residents' social, physical, emotional, and intellectual well‑being.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care goals.
• Assist with community outreach and event coordination.
• Complete required administrative tasks related to activities.
