Watercrest Senior Living Group in Florida seeks an Assisted Living Activities Assistant to promote resident movement, interaction, and wellbeing through daily activities and outings.

The role includes attending outings, celebrating events, and helping develop the Community Program calendar while maintaining safety and quality standards. A high school diploma is required; experience in senior living is preferred. Uniforms are worn at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Attend outings with residents.
• Participate in and help celebrate resident events (birthdays, anniversaries).
• Engage residents in a variety of activities and programs (cognitive, physical, social, etc.).
• Assist with developing the Community Program calendar and newsletter.
• Assist with ordering supplies for programs and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure equipment and supplies meet safety and cleaning standards.
• Attend training, orientation, and respond to requests from residents and families.
