Qualifications

• Successful completion of State-approved CNA training or CNA competency evaluation program.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities.
• Connect with residents to understand their emotional and social needs.
• Work with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance daily schedules, activity prep, and resident engagement.
