Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a patient and innovative programmer to assist the Program Director in creating, scheduling, and implementing programs for residents. This part-time role offers shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Starting at $17 per hour, you'll engage with our residents, coordinate programming, and form meaningful relationships to enhance their quality of life. Join a caring team in a fun work environment that values innovation and compassion.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to be punctual and reliable in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Form meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Implement and coordinate the daily programming schedule.
• Support coordination of entertainment activities.
• Participate in scheduled outings ensuring residents' safety.
• Assist with developing newsletters and social media updates.
