Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living is seeking an energetic Activities Coordinator in our Philadelphia area communities. Lead the Life Enrichment team to plan and deliver engaging activities that improve residents' quality of life and daily joy.

You will coordinate calendars spanning fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings, working closely with residents, families, and staff to tailor programming to individual needs. A passion for enriching seniors’ lives and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation, senior living, or activity planning preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creativity, energy, and a positive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Develop engaging calendars including fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings.

• Lead and inspire the activities team to deliver fun, meaningful programs.
