Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging group and individual activities (games, arts & crafts, fitness, music, outings).
• Encourage resident participation and adapt programs to meet diverse needs.
• Build warm, positive relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to enhance resident wellness.
