As an Activities Aide, you plan and lead engaging activities, encourage social interaction, and support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You’ll partner with the Activities Coordinator and care team to create meaningful experiences, with previous recreation or caregiving experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive, and energetic personality.
• Ability to engage with seniors in a caring way.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities.
• Previous experience in recreation, caregiving, or senior living a plus!

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun and meaningful activities
• Encourage residents to engage, socialize, and stay active
• Assist with outings, special events, and celebrations
• Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Work closely with the Activities Coordinator and care team
